Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Certain health and personal care items

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to factors beyond our control
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a specified period.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not posted:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time to officially post.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at zilixpk@gmail.com and send the item to: The Timeline.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item is returned, we’ll mail you a gift certificate.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: The Timeline. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted.
